A male chorus that enjoys four-part a capella harmony and preserving this truly American art form. Performs for the public several times a year, and forms several quartets to serenade sweethearts on Valentine’s Day each year.
A community outreach program for young men ages 8 to 18 from public and private schools throughout Tallahassee. The Boys’ Choir prepares young men for the twenty-first century through music, discipline, and academic excellence. With its motto “No Excuses,” the choir continues to grow in popularity on the local, state, national and international level. The choir has performed throughout the United States and abroad.

Unique location and atmosphere that has hosted an impressive list of nationally renowned Blues acts. For the serious Blues fan, the BBC has a different artist each weekend. Just follow the tiki torches down the dirt roads till you reach the the one-room cinder block “juke joint” under the stars. We’ll keep the bonfire burning, the beer ice-cold and the music hot!
Offers performances throughout the week by nationally recognized bands and comedy shows. Managed by FSU’s Union Productions, the club also has a food and beverage bar. All shows are 18+.

Long known for its excellence, the department’s annual events calendar includes student performances, faculty recitals, guest lecturers and artists of international reputation, and festivals. Also features the highly acclaimed “Marching 100” band, organized in 1892 and credited with innovative techniques that have influenced high school and collegiate marching band programs throughout the nation.
Provides the Tallahassee community with performances and other activities designed to foster interest in opera and music theater, develop new audiences, stimulate the current opera-going public, and introduce children to opera’s many rewards. Presents three annual mainstage productions, plus a more intimate workshop production. All events are held at Opperman Music Hall or Ruby Diamond Auditorium on the FSU campus.

One of the largest, best respected music institutions in the nation, enrolling over 1,000 students in baccalaureate through doctorate programs, in virtually every field of music. Offers more than 430 faculty and student solo, chamber music, choral, orchestral, band, jazz, world music, early music, and guest artist concerts each year, many of which are free. Concerts are held on the FSU campus in Ruby Diamond Auditorium, Opperman Music Hall, Lindsay Recital Hall, and others.
Tallahassee’s premier variety showcase for total entertainment, hosting major concerts featuring country, rock, reggae, rap, jazz, RB, and other popular formats. Is also the venue for pay-per-view closed circuit events, political gatherings, cultural happenings, and private affairs.

Performs the music of the Baroque era, using period instruments to closely replicate the way the music would have been performed hundreds of years ago. The Bach Parley has a three concert season, with concerts held on Sunday afternoons at various venues. Commentary is provided before each piece to give the audience ideas about what to listen for in the music and to make the atmosphere more relaxed. there is a small suggested donation for concerts, and free childcare is available.
