Area businesses have a chance to promote themselves during the inaugural Visit Tallahassee Showcase directly outside Doak Campbell Stadium prior to an FSU football game!
Saturday, September 12, 2009 – 2:30 to 5:30 pm(exhibit set-up is 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.)

Space is limited and participation by variety of area businesses is one of the goals of this event. To that end, participation will be limited to the first 10 merchants, restaurants, hotels and attractions – 40 in all – that sign up.
Each participating business will receive:
· A 10-foot by 10-foot space
· One 8-foot table and two chairs
· One reserved parking space
· Four tickets to that evening’s Florida State–Jacksonville State football game (6:00 kickoff)
· Recognition as a participant during the game by way of a scrolling video board feature
· The chance to win a $7,500 advertising package with Seminole ISP Sports Network
The fee for each exhibitor space is $500. (Note that 100% of the exhibitor fees will be reinvested into an existing fund – an FSU grant from the Leon County Tourist Development Council – dedicated to further promoting our area as a tourist destination.)
Participants are encouraged to develop displays that engage and foster interaction with Showcase attendees. Possibilities include prize drawings, giveaways, food samples, games of skill and games of chance. Please note that participating businesses will not be permitted to make direct sales of any kind at the event itself.

The Visit Tallahassee Showcase is in cooperative partnership with Visit Tallahassee, Florida State University’s University Communications division, Seminole ISP Sports Network, the FSU Alumni Association and Seminole Boosters.
