This lake is located north of Tallahassee. It is part of the Lake Jackson Aquatic Preserve. This ecosystem is a valuable biological and aesthetic resource. It is located on the east side of Lake Jackson and supports exceptional fish, waterfowl, and wading bird habitat. There are two boat ramps that provide access to this lake. Further down Meridian Road is the Eleanor Klapp-Phipps City Park. This park offers miles of trails, restroom, sports complex, and picnic areas.

Directions from I-10:
Take exit 203 and head north on Thomasville Road, US 319. Take a left on Timberland Road. Take a right on Meridian Road. Go approximately 4 miles and turn left on Gardner Road or go approximately 5 miles and turn left on Cedar Hill Road.
