This class will be lead by Bro. Oliver, the Education Department leader, and helps individuals deal with their finances. Bro. Oliver will guide participants through the study kits and encourage them to practice what they are learning. The $95 fee includes the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University Study kit.

A Full Summer: A community event to help feed local kids during the summer months

A FULL SUMMER is a community event where volunteers assemble meals to be distributed by Second Harvest to needy children of the Big Bend. Many of the recipients of this food are on free or reduced lunch during the school year, so this food is especially vital when school is out of session. There will be two shifts available to volunteer at St. John's Episcopal Church. One from 9 until 11 am and the other from 1 until 3 pm. A $50.00 donation which will purchase 200 meals is requested, but not mandatory to participate. Children as young as 8 may volunteer and we'll accept adults of any age!
