Quest for Quail: A Tallahassee Hunting Tradition

After being closed in August for maintenance, the Knott House will re-open on September 1. Charlie Knott loved hunting and the Knott House collection includes his hunting gear. On Thursday, September 2 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., the Knott House will open an exhibit called “Quest for Quail: A Tallahassee Hunting Tradition.” The opening will include a chance to view the exhibit from 5:00 to 5:30. Afterwards, a lecture about Florida’s hunting plantations will be given by Kevin McGorty of Tall Timbers Research Station. Refreshments will be served at 6:30 p.m.
