Triathlon Distances: Short 0.75k Swim, 16k Bike, 5k Run Intermediate 1.5k Swim, 32k Bike, 10k Run Duathlon Distances: Short 5k Run, 16k Bike, 5k Run Intermediate 10k Run, 32k Bike, 5k Run Race Dates: September 5, 2010, November 14, 2010 Race Time: 7:30am start, November race starts at 8:00am Packet Pick-up: Saturday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at the park. Sunday 5:30am to 7:15am and Sunday Nov 15th 6:00am to 7:45am On-Site Registration on Saturday Only, no guarantee to receive shirt or correct shirt size for Saturday onsite registered athletes. Free Pasta Dinner to pre-registered athletes & guest at Saturday packet pick-up Divisions: Age divisions are broken down into the following for both men & women: Open, 14 & under, 15-17, 18-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+. Clydesdale 39 & under, Clydesdale 40 & over, Athena 39 & under, Athena 40 & over, Fat tire 39 & under, Fat tire 40 & over. Male Relay, Female Relay, Coed Relay. Age is determined based on your age on the last day of the year. Online Registration : Online registration closes at noon on Thursday before event date. May close sooner if race site is to capacity.
