As a part of the famous “Ashby Stiff Little Dinner Series”, and under the guidance of Dedman School of Hospitality’s Chef Jim Koenigsberg, students will prepare an exclusive, five-course meal paired with wines presented by David Whitehouse Jr., Wine Master from Trefethen Family Vineyards, Napa Valley. In this intimate setting, our guest vintner will share his expertise with fellow wine enthusiasts. This elegant and unique occasion is limited to 90 guests on a first-come, first-serve basis.
